Returns Policy

Beauty Hair Products Ltd is committed to providing high-quality goods that are free from faults and damage. However, we understand that on occasion, returns may be necessary. Our Returns Policy is governed by the following terms:

15.1 Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that do not match your order, and there is no accompanying note explaining the substitution and your options, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange for collection and return. Beauty Hair Products Ltd does cover shipment costs. You may choose to receive the originally ordered goods (if available) or receive a refund via your original payment method. Refunds and replacements will be processed once we receive the returned goods.

15.2 Faulty Goods on Delivery
If any goods are faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 14 days to arrange collection and return. Beauty Hair Products Ltd does cover shipment costs. Goods should be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt, we will refund the original purchase amount through your original payment method.

15.3 Faults within Warranty Period
If goods develop faults within the warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement in line with the warranty terms. For any missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

15.4 Damage in Transit
If goods arrive damaged, please indicate this on the delivery note and notify us within 48 hours to arrange collection and return. Beauty Hair Products Ltd does cover shipment costs. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund your original purchase amount.

15.5 “Cooling Off” Period
You have the statutory right to a 30-day “cooling off” period, starting from the order completion date and ending 30 working days after delivery. If you change your mind within this period, please return the goods within 30 working days of receipt. Shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer if returned for this reason.

15.6 General Return Arrangements
To arrange a return for any of the above reasons, please contact us through our website at www.beautyhair.co.uk/contact. Returns outside the 30-day cooling-off period, or items that have been used, may be subject to a discretionary refund and/or a 10% restocking fee.

15.7 Discretionary Returns
Beauty Hair Products Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion regarding returns under these terms. Considerations may include:
- Previous use or enjoyment of the goods
- Goods with characteristics that cause rapid deterioration or expiration
- Opened audio, video recordings, or computer software
- Goods sold with known quality issues reflected in the purchase price

Circumstances without Right to Cancel
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extension products are non-returnable if:
1. Hygiene bands have been removed, or products have been tried on, worn, dyed, or altered in any way.
2. The return request is made after the cancellation period.
3. The products are not returned within the allotted time period.

All discretion will be exercised within the bounds of applicable law.
