Brushing
Remember to gently comb your extensions before use, cleaning, and removal, utilising a Detangling brush or a Tangle Teezer. Avoid brushes with small teeth or bobbled ends as they might damage the extensions. Never brush extensions when wet, as it might strain them. Start brushing from the ends and work your way up, securely holding the hair above the brushing area.
Washing
Limit washing your extensions to once every 12-14 uses, unless they require more frequent cleaning. Employ extension-friendly Shampoo & Conditioner that are devoid of harmful substances like Alcohol and Sulphates. Always brush before washing to minimise tangling. Follow the shampoo with a conditioner to restore moisture.
Drying & Styling
Our extensions maintain their natural loose wave post-washing for a more authentic appearance. You can straighten, curl, blow-dry, or style them as per your preference, thanks to their 100% human hair constitution. Ensure to apply heat protection spray before using heated tools and consider heatless alternatives for styling when feasible. Allow the extensions to air dry naturally whenever possible, and limit the temperature for any heat-styling tool to 180-190 degrees to prevent damage.
Storage & Usage
Store your extensions away from direct sunlight and avoid sleeping or swimming with them attached. Keep the clips closed while storing and use the original packaging for safe storage. Brush them before storing to keep them tangle-free.
Dyeing & Toning
While possible, dyeing or toning can negatively affect the quality and longevity of your extensions. In case you opt for colour change, avoid lightening or bleaching, and always do a patch test before full application. Make sure to thoroughly dry the roots after washing and keep the heat-styling temperature under 180-190 degrees.
